The Rammer is based on the principle of reciprocal Pressure generation having two pairs of eccentrics moving opposite to each other and mounted on an inclined steel stand fixed to the center of ramming plate in order to obtain lower centre of gravity and uniform compaction of the ramming plate over its full length. The Compaction plate is steel fabricated and vertically directed impulse in order to achieve quick compaction and high depth action.
